Easy Access
Now you can easily place your membership directory online by simply using MembersOnline.us. You can link it directly from your own website or if you don't have a website, your members can go directly to the login page customized for your church. Only members of your church will have access to your directory with their own Username and Password.

Easy Data Uploads & Maintenance
We will install the basic data from your current excel file, then each member can update and add to their own information and photos with their own internet browser. It is quick and easy. Once online, it is the member's responsibility to keep the data and photos current. Your church administrator can download an Excel file with names, street addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of the whole directory at one time to use for mail merging and other office use.

Lots of Member Information
Plenty of optional information is available to members like phone numbers, email addresses, personal interests, family members, employers, schools, and much more. This allows members to get to know each other better and develop networking opportunities. Search tools help members find each other by name, criteria, graduating year, or occupation.

• Click Last names in the Name Directory to see the family profile.

• Click Search button to find people by their personal information.
• Click Letter search at the top of the directory page to sort by last name.
• Click Create PDF button in Name Directory and create a pdf file on your desktop.

60-Day Free Trial
We will put your private directory online before you are asked to pay anything. After the directory has been online for 60 days, we will contact you to see if you are happy with the directory and want to continue. At that point you can choose to discontinue the service with no obligation or continue the service by paying for the full year of service. If you want to customize your login page with photos or text, you will need to purchase this service prior to implementation of the customization. You can choose customization after the trial period.
