Getting Started1. Send an email using the "Contact us" page indicating that you would like to get your directory online. 2. We will then send an email with information on how to set-up the initial data for the primary directory. 3. After we receive your data and have completed the set-up, you will need to login and see how it works by updating your own personal information. 4. Now you are ready to let your members know how to login and begin to add their additional contact information, personal interest data, and photos. You will get complete instructions to help you and your members make it all happen without difficulty. 5. After your directory is online for 60 days, you will be asked to send a check to cover the first year of service. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can discontinue the service with no obligation. Data Format Basic Member Steps To Login Members Without Email Addresses The church administrator will place these names in the directory and assign Username and Password after the primary directory is online. This will allow the members without an email address to login with any internet connected computer. Entering The Directory Without A Listing In the Directory The church administrator can give a Username and Password to selected people to allow them to enter without being listed in the directory. However, the directory is designed to restrict access to people who are not listed.
